How long have you been strategizing/analyzing/ producing straight fire at Net Conversion? Straight fire? Couple of months… but I have been here since November of 2020 so about a year & ½.
What clients do you produce this straight fire for?
I primarily work on Holiday Inn Club Vacations and Universal Parks and Resorts
Favorite moment at Net Conversion so far?
I put together a solid deck in a single day. It had quite the excellent story and made a lot of sense. A previous manager really liked it and it was something I was very proud of. Felt that it was a great culmination of a long period of hard work!
Who do you admire most at Net Con that’s not on your team?
David, the Advanced Analytics director. He cares about his team a lot and not just in the quality of their work, but he cares about the quality of their time. He very clearly shows an interest in what they are working on and takes time to develop his team. He shows he’s very intellectual, smart, and I admire his ability to lead a team.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I’m kinda diggin Orlando right now since I moved from Michigan! Orlando is a really good blend of nice weather all year ’round but not super sweaty (I don’t have hair so I don’t sweat as much). But I’d also like Colorado/Utah at some point in my life because I like the mountains.
What makes you laugh the most?
My girlfriend, Emma. She has really good quips. She’s a lot smarter than I am, and that just makes her really funny.
What would you sing at Karaoke night?
I have a couple go tos, but my #1 is Promiscuous, I can do both parts..
How many pairs of shoes do you own?
About 20… I am kind of a shoe junkie. I used to be really into shoes and buy a ton, so now I have a pretty good collection. But I wear all of them!
How would your friends describe you?
Passionate. They all know I have an opinion, but that I am also a good listener.
Which of the five senses would you say is your strongest?
Hearing. I’m a musician so I have an ear. I can’t always hear the same pitches in things because I’m a drummer, but I have a high sensitivity to them and also touch for my drumsticks.
Have you ever had a nickname? What is it?
Ryan’s a pretty popular name so I go by Lentine, RyGuy, or Ryno.
What’s the most interesting thing you can see out of your office or kitchen window?
I can see the disney fireworks out my apartment window!
