How long have you been with Net Con?
=TODAY() – 9/16/16 (so 965 days or just over two and a half years for people who don’t think in Excel functions).
What clients do you work on?
I dabble in a handful, but every day is different in terms of who and what I’m working on. And I love every bit of it!
Favorite moment at Net Con thus far?
When we upset one of the top ranked teams in the first round of the kickball playoffs. They had beaten us three times prior, one time by 10 runs…But we played smart and flawlessly the entire game. I’ll never forget Kristin’s game-winning kick. She’s like the kickball version of Reggie Jackson.
What’s your philosophy toward working here?
Be curious – curiosity drives innovation. And that innovation doesn’t just come from the top, we’ve had interns that identify new ways to be innovative.
Who do you admire most at Net Con that’s not on your team?
Amanda. I don’t know how she does it. Most people either know a lot about a little, or a little about a lot, but she knows a lot about a lot. She has an incredible memory. She is everything you could look for in account management.
What’s your favorite Net Con perk?
The ability to be a free-thinker and innovator, to not be pigeonholed. If we see value in something, we just do it. I also take full advantage of the YMCA membership.
Favorite project you’ve done/proudest accomplishment?
Working with Alex on his Adobe Analytics Rockstar submission. I was and still am incredibly proud of him for his nomination and presenting at an Adobe mini-conference.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
When I’m not at my full time job, I work at my other job where I am Assistant to the Regional Manager at my house. There is always some type of work to do around the house. When not doing either job, my wife and I like to enjoy the great outdoors. Our newest hobby is kayaking…well, my recent hobby is kayaking, my wife Aubree’s is relaxing in a kayak.
What is your favorite thing to do in the wonderful city of Orlando?
Try new restaurants for brunch and dinner. There are so many highly rated restaurants around that I’ve never been to. I wouldn’t consider myself a foodie, but I do really like food.
Team Jet or Team Yacht?
People who are on Team Yacht have obviously never been to Italy. I choose the means of transportation that can get me to Italy in just a few hours. Team Jet for life!
If you could dis-invent one thing, what would it be?
Instagram models. Get a real job. Also the microwave. It makes things too easy.
