We’re all about breaking records here at Net Conversion, especially internal ones. Last month we had the most interns we’ve ever had, and this month we converted four of those interns to full-time analyst positions – our highest monthly conversion rate yet!
Over several months of comprehensive training, these new analysts learned the ins and outs of their respective roles and found where they fit professionally, and of course, culturally. Because if there isn’t an in-joke about you, are you really even part of Net Conversion?
