How long have you been with Net Conversion?

Sys.time() – as.POSIXlt(“2019-02-04 08:00:00”) = ~526 days (year and a half)

What clients do you work on?

I do a lot of ad hoc reporting for several clients, but the main ones I work with are Cars.com, Baha Mar, and Portillo’s.

Favorite moment at Net Con thus far?

When Adam chugged a quart of syrup.

What’s your philosophy toward working here?

Growth doesn’t happen by accident. I think Net Con does a phenomenal job of creating an innovative environment, whether it’s presenting opportunities to work on new projects, or providing the necessary resources to better equip us (e.g. certifications, webinars, conferences)

What’s something we’d be surprised to learn about you?

I legally can’t run anywhere (because I’m a Walker).

Who do you admire most at Net Con that’s not on your team?

Gosh there are honestly a lot of people – Kenny, Ameen, Silvana, Eric, Alley, Rachel, Justine to name a few. Not only do they have incredible work ethic, but they’re also extremely selfless and will drop whatever they’re working on to help you.

What’s your favorite Net Con perk?

Honestly there are so many to choose from, but I’d have to say either the groceries/kitchen or the YMCA membership.

Favorite project you’ve done/proudest accomplishment?

Creating the DRUM (Direct Response Uplift Model) to measure offline media effectiveness.

What do you do when you’re not at work?

Hang out with an incredible community of friends and partake in different events: Mini Masters, Pigmania, Tacky Prom, House Swaps, For the Culture (paint abstract ideas and interpret each other’s art), Powerpoint Night (improv presentations).

What is your favorite thing to do in The City Beautiful?

Either watching the Grizzlies beat the Magic**, or enjoying the breathtaking view of the Orlando skyline while riding a swan boat at Lake Eola (follow @the_orlando_skyline for great content).

Team Jet or Team Yacht?

Jet. Drowning is my biggest fear (next to spiders) and any time I can avoid the chance of that happening I’m all about it.

If you were entering a world like Star Wars, would you be a Jedi or Sith?

Again, I think I’m legally obligated to say Jedi (Skywalker).
