Title
Manager of Paid Media Analytics
Hometown
Burbank, California. Moved to Orlando in 2001.
How long have you been with Net Con?
Just celebrated 9 years 9 days and 7 hours.
What clients do you work on?
Primarily Universal Studios Hollywood as well as my team of six analysts, which is a client in its own way.
What’s your philosophy toward working here?
Fail fast. In this job you have to always be open to learning and trying, and you’re not always successful, but that’s the path to pushing the limits of performance.
Who do you admire most at Net Con that’s not on your team?
Stephanie Gefen. She’s been here a long time, and she’s seen a lot change. I think she’s pragmatic, inspiring and effective at what she does.
Favorite moment at Net Con thus far?
I honestly love shutting down the holiday party; I’m the last one out until every else is done. I hope to be the last one standing every year.
Favorite project you’ve done/proudest accomplishment?
When a former employee, Valarie, did her first dashboard. I taught her how, but she killed it.
What’s your favorite Net Con Perk?
Brett’s door is never closed. I can literally walk in at any time and talk to him. My favorite perk is we basically have unfettered access to anybody here.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
I like raising my chickens, gardening, riding my bike, smoking meat, and I like to hang out with my dog, Nacho.
What is your favorite thing to do in the wonderful city of Orlando?
Going on long walks with my wife Monica. Sometimes we’ll pick up trash, sometimes we’ll stop and get ice cream at Kelly’s.
Team Yacht or Team Jet?
Jet
Would you rather be a tiny rhino or a giant hedgehog?
Tiny rhino, because people would be more likely to leave me alone. It’s kind of hard to stay behind the scenes as a giant hedgehog, and I’m a low-key guy.
