Orlando, born and raised.

How long have you been with Net Conversion?

I just celebrated 8 years.

What clients do you work on?

Primarily Cars.com, but I’ll help with anything my team works on, like AdventHealth, Baha Mar, or Playa.

Favorite moment at Net Con thus far?

Has to be Mudd Volleyball. The years kind of all blur together, so I can’t pick out a specific one, but we all would take a bus, play volleyball in the mud, and just end up spending like 10 hours together.

What’s your philosophy toward working here?

Don’t get lost in the sauce. Step back and look at the whole story. And that’s not just work either – always take a minute to stop and look for the bigger picture in your life too.

What’s something we’d be surprised to learn about you?

I used to go to music festivals all the time, and am looking forward to their return.

Who do you admire most at Net Con that’s not on your team?

David. I think he gives so much of a shit about both the quality of work we provide and giving clients the right answer, and he’s always willing to help someone out.

What’s your favorite Net Con perk?

Our almost completed bar in the basement, Murray’s Downstairs.

Favorite project you’ve done/proudest accomplishment?

My part in Cars.com and the overall growth the we’ve brought to that account in terms of offline measurement and all the different testing.

What do you do when you’re not at work?

I Brunch, go boating, and watch UCF football and the Buccaneers.

What is your favorite thing to do in The City Beautiful?

The Foodie game is really strong here, so I love going out to restaurants, and the Food and Wine Festival at Disney. And walking around Lake Eola is very scenic too.

Team Jet or Team Yacht?

Yacht.

If you could ask your pet 3 questions, what would they be?

  1. Do you know your name is Carl or do you just ignore me?
  2. Do you go to the bathroom on the rug out of spite or do you not realize what the grass pad is for?
  3. Do you like me or Rybabe better?
