How long have you been a camper here at Net Conversion?
11 years today!!! It flew by, but it also has been very long, if that makes sense. It was really cool watching Net Conversion grow from 6 people to 70+ people. I’ve learned a lot, and it’s been great.
Tell us about your career journey with NC
I started as an intern, and my major was actually accounting. I found this internship through my mom, who knew Ryan. Turns out I really enjoy this industry. I love the culture and what Ryan has put together at Net Conversion. There’s a lot of room for growth here, and I’ve experienced it firsthand.

Intern – Analyst – Senior – Lead – Manager – (now) Director.
Tell us about your interview to work at NC
So basically, I got this interview, and my mom was very adamant that I get a proper interview outfit. It was a full blow suit with shoulder pads, a pencil skirt, and heels. Ryan, at the time of my interview, was wearing Converse and a t-shirt, and everyone else in the office was dressed down, but I was like, I’m gonna rock it. I have not overdressed since.
What was your favorite NC event?
We used to participate in a mud volleyball tournament every year which was a really fun event for charity. We always wrapped our feet in duck tape, I don’t know why. Luckily, I never got mud in my eyes. Afterward, we would always go to Lizzy McCormack’s, and they had the best pudding shots.
If you were a professional wrestler, what would your entrance theme song be?
I’m thinking like… no no no not that song. OMG – Started From The Bottom by Drake!!!

If you could have any superpower for a day, what would it be and why?
Never be hungover!! It happens so easily now.
What’s your favorite smell?
There are some good smells – I feel like it’s basic to say, but pumpkin is a vibe. I am lighting so many pumpkin candles right now.
Would you rather lose all of your money or all of your pictures?
I mean pictures because you need money – is that bad to say?
I’d lose my pictures bc I can make more. I have a kid, a dog, and a husband, so I have a ton of photos, and I’ve got bills to pay. I’ve had my phone wiped out before, but I’ve survived.
If you had three wishes, what would you wish for?
- A super cool house and boat (does that count as one wish?)
- Forever health for all my family and myself
- One super sweet month-long trip with all of my friends and their kids to a dope location (an island or Vegas or somewhere with snow)
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are watching Bravo, being a mom, working out, watching football, and hanging out with my friends (and their kids).
Are you a traveler or a homebody?
*right eye twitches* Homebody only because I love staying home with my family – laying low and watching TV. However, I do love to travel bc there are so many places I haven’t been, but I don’t travel that often now.
If your life were a movie, what would its title be, and who would play you in the film?
*whispers* The life of Alexa
Emma Stone could play me, both got the redhead vibes going, and she’s pretty funny (and I’m pretty funny).
Sneakers or flip-flops?
Oooo I like both – it depends on the vibe. If I have to pick one, sneaks.
What “old person” things do you do?
I enjoy going to bed early, I really do. I take vitamins – it’s very important!! B12 + Vitamin D, Magnesium.
Any last words/thoughts?
Okay, yes – this is what I’ve been saying for a while. Don’t get lost in the sauce unless it’s a good sauce. It’s not bad to be in the sauce but don’t get lost.
