Intern Nation

Did you know that July 25 is National Intern Day in the US? Neither did we! But our interns made sure we found out.  Net Conversion believes in learning by doing, and that’s exactly what these nine marketing, analytics, and technology interns do. They’re not here to run out and pick up coffee orders, they’re actively participating in account support and learning about their focus areas as well as the different industries of our clients.

Market research from McGraw-Hill shows that the number one factor that helps college students feel prepared for their careers is internships and professional experience. And we’re happy to do our part to ensure the youths are ready to take over when we all want to retire.

In addition to providing job-specific experience and free food, we also encourage interns to take leadership roles. Carli Eurton, a marketing intern and senior at UCF, organized and executed our latest philanthropy event where our team sorted hygiene kits for vulnerable communities around the world at Clean the World Orlando.

Interns have been the lifeblood of Net Conversion. In fact, thirteen of our thirty-nine (one-third!) current full-time employees started out as interns.

We’re always looking for awesome people. If you’re an industrious college student who shares our values (or you know one), hit us up.
