CEO & Co-Founder
Ryan is the co-founder and CEO of Net Conversion. He powers the agency’s day-to-day operations, maintains culture initiatives, strategic planning and has been known to occasionally cook lunch for the team. One of his proudest accomplishments was being honored as one of OBJ’s 2020 CEOs of the Year. Prior to co-founding Net Conversion, Ryan built some of his 20+ years of leadership experience at Universal Orlando Resort, Walt Disney Co., and Delta Airlines.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Frank is the co-founder and managing partner of Net Conversion. He uses his years of executive experience in the travel and hospitality industry to ensure the agency’s framework for success derives from transparency, innovation, and trust. Frank is a respected thought leader who often participates and presents at major industry events. Prior to co-founding the agency, Frank spent 11 years with Universal’s theme parks as a digital marketing executive.
Vice President, Marketing
Kristina leads Marketing for Net Conversion, overseeing the strategies and tactics that strengthen clients’ market position and achieve business goals. She was recently ranked amongst the best and brightest young executives as one of OBJ’s 40 Under 40. Before joining Net Conversion, she held marketing leadership roles in the travel industry with sbe Group, Universal Studios Hollywood and Atlantis.
Vice President, Technology & Analytics
As the creator of Technalytics, Brett heads the Analytics and Technology teams. He directs testing, automation, and optimization strategies in paid media and data science, as well as the development of data aggregation and automation technology, Conversionomics. Prior to his role at Net Conversion, Brett worked at Hilton Worldwide and Universal Orlando.
