How long have you been a camper here at Net Conversion + what did the journey look like?
So I’ve been here less than a year; wow, time really flies – I started in June last year as an intern, and in November, I got promoted to a full-time analyst.
What does your daily work routine look like?
I usually come in, and start my day by checking my emails – see what the lay of the land is. But, every day is different, some days are stacked with meetings and other days I go at my own pace. I like how each day is different, there’s a lot of variety.
What’s your favorite part of working at NC?
That’s easy—I love the people. I love my team and all the great events we do. I love the culture here.
If you could switch lives with someone for a day, who would it be and why?
I would say my favorite YouTuber Remi Cruz because she is always doing something fun in her vlogs. I think it would be a pretty fun day if we swapped.
Favorite theme park + ride?
I loooooove Universal + Velocicoaster. I’m an adrenaline junkie. I’ve always been really tall, even when growing up. So when I was young, about 8/9, I was already tall enough to ride the rides, and I’ve been going ever since.
Future travel plans?
Coming up, I’m going to 30A in Destin, near Seaside. The water is crystal clear, and the sand is like powder there.

What’s your favorite thing about the place you grew up?
I’m from Kentucky. There was a lot of nature and hiking, but now that I’ve moved to Florida, I appreciate it a lot more. Natural Bridge is what we’re known for, and it’s a really cool spot.
If you had to rename yourself, what name would you choose?
My name has always been Molly, even before I was born. My mom always wanted a girl and to name her Molly. Maybe Lauren, I don’t know, I’ve never thought about it.
Best concert ever?
I don’t typically go to concerts, but I went to Big Time Rush a few years back. It was in FL at the Addition Financial Arena. Very nostalgic.
What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done, and would you do it again?
I’ve been ziplining before, I did it on vacation in Destin Florida. I’ve always wanted to go skydiving though.
Books or Movies?
Movies – Romcoms are my favorite, it’s typical, but I love it.
Do you play any sports?
I’m currently playing kickball with the Net Conversion team. In high school, I played Volleyball as an outside hitter.
What is the best advice you’ve received?
So, I have this bracelet that has a very special meaning to me. The bracelet is called “Be Kind”. The card, when you open the box, says, “In a world where you can be anything, be kind.”
What’s your go-to karaoke song?
Well, If I was forced… the only song coming to mind is Before He Cheats by Carrie Underwood.
