Paid Time Off + Leave
Offering Unlimited PTO encourages our team to take time away from work and re-energize. To ensure you prioritize your well-being, we encourage a mandatory minimum of 3 PTO days per quarter or 12 days per year. In the instance that you need additional leave, we offer Paid Parental Leave after the birth or placement of a child and Short-Term Disability (paid STD at 60% of your salary with a buy-up option)
